I returned a faulty pair of shoes recently and recieved a cheque to cover postage 2 working days later and aknowledgment taht aa full refund was to be made on my credit card. I recently bought a pair of helen mink shoes and can not tell you how delighted I am with them.

I thought perhaps the jewel embellishment on the front may turn out to be a bit tacky looking but how wrong I was. They are beautiful and so comfortable! I was also very impressed by the very careful packaging.
